Our Tenant Fees
At the point you submit your application, we charge £108.00 per person to cover the referencing costs and this is non-refundable if you fail or withdraw the application. A fee of £350.00 will be taken to cover the cost of the inventory and check-in. All fees include VAT.
A Holding Fee of 1 month's rent will be taken to cover reasonable costs should you withdraw or it will be returned to you in full to form part of your 1.5 month deposit when you proceed.
