At the point you submit your application, we charge a referencing fee of £108.00 per person which is non-refundable if you fail or withdraw the application. An administration fee of £200.00 will be taken to cover the cost of the inventory and check-in.  All fees include VAT.

A Holding Fee of 1 month's rent will be required to cover reasonable costs should you withdraw or it will become your first month's rent upon occupancy. A deposit of 1.5 months is held in the mydeposits scheme throughout your tenancy.
